How is Pipeline Gurus performing?
Digital Growth Intelligence for 1 July 2025 – 30 September 2026. GA4 is observed through 16 September 2026. Pipeline Gurus generated bursts, especially July 2025 and January 2026, then traffic returned toward a lower baseline. Direct is the backbone. Paid Social is the quality problem. Twenty-eight people submitted the form.
Attention was purchased. Pipeline was not proven.
21,893 sessions. Direct 37.09%, Paid Social 21.8%, Paid Other 16.5%. Paid Social engaged at 23.63% for three seconds. Headline key events (13,250) are not leads. 28 users submitted the form. LinkedIn showed one proof-led outlier (169 of 352 clicks) without a matching Organic Social lift.

What still cannot be counted
LinkedIn impressions, branded search, CRM-qualified leads and attributed revenue remain unavailable. They are not shown as zero. Key events are shown only with a warning.
LinkedIn impressions
Notion tracker impressions, reach, reactions, comments and CTR were mostly blank. Not shown as zero. Clicks exist for 17 of 18 dated rows. Engagement rate cannot be calculated without a denominator.
Attributed revenue
GA4 revenue is £0 and no CRM join is present. Not a finding that revenue was zero. Marketing cannot yet be tied to opportunities or closed-won.
Sessions and users
Red is users, black is sessions. September 2026 is month-to-date through the 16th. Volume and quality did not move together. See Performance for engagement.

How the mix was bought
Paid (all paid groups combined, as transcribed) in red. Direct in black. Organic Search and Organic Social stacked in grey. Referral is omitted monthly because it was not in the transcribed mix table except as a January anomaly of 509 sessions.

What changed
1
Where it started
Entering July 2025, the public site still spoke as a managed sales provider with an active 2025 blog (17 posts from January to May) and a legacy homepage that remains live today.
2
What stopped
Original blogging stopped on 21 May 2025. The entire analysis window contains zero new posts. A September 2025 lastmod sweep refreshed old URLs without restoring cadence.
3
What was rebuilt
July–August 2026 is the commercial inflection: legal pages, Sales Squad IA, packages, pricing, case studies, and the home-2026 front page. Messaging moved to “live in 4 weeks” and retainer-plus-commission.
4
Which channels actually moved
Across 21,893 sessions, Direct was 37.09% and the quality backbone. Paid Social plus Paid Other were 38.31% and the source of the spikes. Organic Search was 11.24% with the deepest time (42 seconds). Paid Social engaged at 23.63% for three seconds.
5
Who arrived, and how shallow
18,383 of 18,435 users were new. Saudi Arabia is the largest country slice and the weakest on engagement. Mobile is the majority device and trails desktop by 26.1 engagement points. Returning users never compounded.
6
Whether growth became commercial intent
930 users hit the consultation CTA, 313 started a form, 28 submitted. Headline key events (13,250) are not leads. Revenue in GA4 is £0. The designed path still 404s Market Validation and traps case studies in modals.
7
What to do next
Rebuild the event taxonomy and shorten the form before buying more traffic. Land campaigns on proof pages, not the homepage. Scale Organic Search and tagged Direct; audit Paid Social at placement level.
Major findings
01
Traffic growth was purchased or burst-driven, not steadily compounded.
Evidence. Q1 2026 reached 9,555 sessions, then Q2 fell 66.8% to 3,176. July 2025 (2,512 sessions) reset 82.7% in August. January 2026 peaked at 5,657 then February fell 66.0% to 1,925.
Interpretation. The system can create reach, but lacks a durable acquisition floor.
Implication. Budgeting from peak months will overstate forecastable demand.

02
Paid Social is the largest quality problem.
Evidence. Paid Social generated 4,773 sessions (21.8%) but engaged at 23.63% with three seconds of average engagement. Direct engaged at 65.23%; Organic Search at 54.00% with 42 seconds.
Interpretation. Targeting, placement, creative-to-landing-page fit or measurement is weak.
Implication. Scaling this mix can increase cost faster than pipeline.

03
Direct is the current backbone.
Evidence. Direct generated 8,120 sessions (37.09%) and a 65.23% engagement rate. It led February, May, June, July, August and September 2026 MTD.
Interpretation. Brand, referrals and untagged demand are doing more work than campaign reports reveal.
Implication. Direct must be decomposed with UTMs and branded-search reporting.

04
Organic Search deserves more investment.
Evidence. Organic Search generated 2,461 sessions (11.24%), 54.00% engagement and 42 seconds average time. July 2026 was its highest month (253 sessions) with paid traffic largely gone.
Interpretation. Search visitors exhibit substantially deeper intent than Paid Social.
Implication. SEO can diversify acquisition away from paid spikes.

05
The primary market is not producing the strongest audience quality.
Evidence. Saudi Arabia is 18.2% of users (3,355) but only 27.37% engaged, with eight seconds average time. UAE is 2.57% of users (473) despite being a core commercial market.
Interpretation. Traffic volume does not yet equal target-market penetration.
Implication. GCC campaigns need localized audience and account-quality controls.

06
Mobile is a conversion constraint.
Evidence. Mobile supplied 54.4% of users but only a 39.1% engagement rate; desktop supplied 43.8% and engaged at 65.2%, a 26.1-point gap. Android WebView is 36.1% of users and averages nine seconds.
Interpretation. The dominant device receives a weaker experience or weaker traffic. In-app browsing is a plausible paid-quality mechanism.
Implication. Mobile landing pages and forms should be the first CRO test surface.

07
The website’s best commercial pages are underexposed.
Evidence. Pricing, Sales Squad and Case Studies average 47, 52 and 32 seconds respectively, but receive only 177, 189 and 230 views. The homepage alone receives 19,419 views and starts 74.3% of sessions.
Interpretation. The site does not route enough traffic into proof and offer detail.
Implication. Campaigns should land directly on these narratives rather than the homepage.

08
The content programme has one clear performance pattern.
Evidence. The 10 June Gulf banking case-study post generated 169 of 352 measured LinkedIn clicks (48.0%). The other 16 measured posts averaged 11.4 clicks. Median clicks were 12.
Interpretation. Named proof with a direct CTA outperformed the typical post.
Implication. Make proof-led content a repeatable format and tag every destination.
